This task is basically about analyse the narrative elements and storytelling within the lyrics of the song that I have chosen to produce my music video with, in order to help me construct my initial ideas and develop further ideas about my project, help me to understand the lyrics in a deeper depth and inspire me more in order to create my story borad and shot list.
Although the lyric of "Bright Eyes" by Jason Mraz is very fragmented and poetic, still I have tried to analysed some narrative out of it.
The above analysis is only my understanding of the lyrics, they could probably be completely wrong and quite far away from the singer's original intention. However the analysis of the lyrics still inspired me and I'll produce my music video with my own understanding of it.
